Excellent Service and helpful recommondations given by personnel regarding eating, trips, etc. Private parking for our fairly large bus was available. Fantastic value for money. We recommend it highly.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast excellent in a spacious room. No great luxury but good value for money. Location excellent in centre of Cavaillon and garage a useful and reassuring facility.
No lift, but that is probably why it only merits two stars. In other respects it is better than that.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom from the cafe below and a strange smell in the bathroom. The wierd shutters blocked the view. The car park was very difficult to manouvre in and you were locked either in or out at a ridiculously early hour so we could not use it as we were visiting friends and returned too late to use it at night. The buffet breakfast was little more than a continental breakfast. The hall stairs were worn and verging on being dangerous and the decor rather garish. At the moment it is not a quiet place to stay due to the major roadworks immediately outside which look likely to last for some time though clearly this is not the hotel's fault.

Very good location for visits in Avignon and Arles. Even though the hotel does not seem good from outside, it met our expectations. The rooms are not all the same; we were 5, 2 of us stayed in very good rooms, while the other in much older ones. Make sure you know in which rooms you will be staying as they are very different. The hotel receptionist was kind enough to change rooms to those not happy with our rooms

Clean rooms albeit a bit small.
Small room and very unattractive hallways - in serious need of refurbishment. Breakfast was in line with the hallways. The inner parking courtyard was host to various loud, uneducated families which made their presence known with shouts from 6-7.30 am. Parking closes at 22:00 hours so had to park car out on the street. This should be made clear in the website. We will not go back.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly on our arrival.
The hotel needs an upgrade. It is tired and dirty and the corridors are horrible and dark. Very expensive for quality of accommodation and we had to still pay for parking.

Central location in Cavaillon. Helpful staff. Nice and clean room with fairly new bathroom.

Good break-fast, no lift (quite uncomfortable with big luggages), very small bathroom, we had the room at the 3rd floor (under the roof) and the room was very hot without a/C. The hotel is in the main street of Cavaillon, you have to pay 6 euros per night for the hotel parking because you have no possibility to park outside next to the hotel.

The room we stayed in was big
The decor was old and when we asked for the modern rooms we were told these were more expensive. This was not mentioned in the booking.

The proximity of an excellent restaurant not linked to the hotel
No one available in reception to open the car park which was annoying after driving so far to get there. The hotel overall did not match up in any way to others in the same price bracket we had already stayed in and followed on from Logis Toppin.
